Big Joe McNolty - ladies’ man, man’s man, and man about town – is a big shot investor in The Scarlet Vixen; a well known Jazz and Cabaret club. He called a meeting before the show on the 6th of June, 1925, with eight people involved in different ways with the club. Apparently he wanted to break some big news to everyone. The question is: what was that news and did it have anything to do with the fact that Joe wound up dead behind the closed curtains that night before the second act. Shot dead.
